Darbi Language Department specializes in preparing students for all types of international English language certificates, including IELTS, Cambridge certificates, SAT, and TOEFL.
The centre was the first in the country to start preparing candidates for the IELTS certificate when this format was introduced about 15 years ago.
Thanks to the experience accumulated over the years, the specialists at Darbi Language Centre have developed unique courses in content and methodology for IELTS preparation, ensuring high exam results and acceptance into top universities worldwide.
Darbi Language Department is:
- The only consistent recipient of the highest distinction from the British Council Bulgaria for the IELTS Partner Program – Platinum status.
- The average success rate of candidates prepared here ranges from 7.0 to 7.5, with maximum scores of 9.0 in individual components not being uncommon.
- Offering a variety of IELTS preparatory courses, varying in content and duration, which allows for individualized planning of each candidate’s training based on their initial language proficiency and the results they need to achieve. This includes preparatory courses of 60 and 120 academic hours, as well as online modules for self-study.
- Including a mock exam in the program of each course.
- Keeping group sizes between 5 and 8 students, allowing for a personalized approach.
The preparatory courses for Cambridge certificates—B1 First, C1 Advanced, and C2 Proficiency—range from 120 to 150 academic hours and are offered over one or two semesters.
The SAT preparation is held by two different teachers, each specializing in the language and math sections of the exam. The training is available in groups, as well as individually or in semi-individual formats.
