How We Use Your Personal Data

The security of the data you have entrusted to us is very important to us. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, unauthorized or malicious use, loss, or premature deletion of information. All organizations within the Darbi family are committed to protecting the privacy of our current and former clients, employees, potential clients, and third parties with whom we work. We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To enter into or perform a contract with you for the provision of our services, including responding to your inquiries.
  • To provide advice, information, news, and updates on various educational opportunities, and to notify you about our products, services, and social and charitable initiatives, if you have given consent or, for children under 16, if their parent or guardian has given consent.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.
  • To review your job applications.
  • For our administrative purposes and to ensure the quality of the services we provide.

If you wish to use or access our services, we will ask you to register. During the registration process, we collect personal data necessary for forming and fulfilling contractual and pre-contractual relationships (e.g., first and last name, date of birth, email address, if applicable, educational history and preferences for future education, and, if applicable, additional voluntarily provided data).

Use of Our Websites and Registration Forms by Children

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all contact forms with Darbi through which we may collect personal data—including paper and online registration forms, inquiries, or feedback—are not designed or intended for individuals under the age of 16. We collect personal data from individuals under 16 years of age only with the explicit consent of their parent or guardian.

 Service Providers

We assign tasks to external service providers such as courier, translation, and educational services, as well as maintenance of equipment, systems, software, and data hosting. We carefully select these service providers and regularly monitor them, particularly regarding their diligence and protection of personal data processed by them. All service providers are required to maintain confidentiality and comply with legal regulations. Service providers may also include other organizations within the Darbi family.

Data Retention Period

We will retain information containing your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In all other cases, we delete your personal data, except for data that must be retained to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., retention of contracts and invoices according to statutory periods specified in tax, labor, and commercial legislation).

Security

Darbi takes appropriate legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect your personal information, in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When using a third-party service provider, we carefully select them and require them to use appropriate measures to safeguard the confidentiality and security of personal data. We employ a range of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, and continuously improve them in line with technological advancements.
